Getting the right renters in your home is one of our top priorities. To help accomplish this we thoroughly review each prospective tenant with standards in credit, criminal and eviction history, employment verifications, and current and proir residency.
The Right Approach
We take the management of your home very seriously which is why we inspect it often. We work hard to ensure the quality of your property for years to come by regularly inspecting the property. Some of the scheduled inspections include at the time of the management contract, beginning of the lease, every 6 months of tenancy and upon vacancy.
Full Service Management
In addition, we take care of all the aspects of your home so you don’t have to. We coordinate all necessary vendors to keep your property in its original condition including pool service, landscaping, scheduled repairs or maintenance. Every month we provide a detailed statement and, if necessary, we serve eviction notices.
Our services are provided to you with a one year management contract agreement at a cost of 10% of the rental proceeds and a one time Set-up fee of $250.00.
Set-up fee includes:
- Initial property photos (Virtual tours are case by case)
- Set up accounting of both owner and tenant, signage and web advertising
